Ankle Fracture Fixation

Surgical stabilization of displaced ankle fractures to restore alignment and function.

Anterior Ankle Impingement
    • Displaced or unstable fractures

    • Fractures involving the tibia, fibula, or malleoli

  • Open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF) using plates, screws, or minimally invasive techniques to stabilize bones.

  • Initial immobilization is followed by progressive weight-bearing; most patients regain normal function in 3–4 months.
