Morton’s Neuroma
Morton’s neuroma is thickening of tissue around a nerve between the toes, causing sharp forefoot pain.

Burning or tingling in the ball of the foot
Numbness or shooting pain into the toes
Pain worsened by tight shoes or high heels

Clinical evaluation, supported by ultrasound or MRI to visualize the nerve.

Non-surgical: Shoe modifications, orthotics, corticosteroid injections.
Surgical/minimally invasive: Neuroma excision or decompression through a small incision.

Symptom relief is typically seen within weeks, with return to full activity in 6–8 weeks post-surgery.
