Transplantation of healthy cartilage and underlying bone to repair large osteochondral defects.

Anterior Ankle Impingement
    • Large talar or midfoot cartilage lesions

    • Persistent pain after conservative management

  • Autologous grafts are harvested and implanted arthroscopically or via small incisions to restore joint surface.

  • Partial weight-bearing initially; full return to activity in 4–6 months.
